Z Squared Inc. (Nasdaq: ZSQR) has moved into site planning and preliminary engineering at its Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas, a property that already has utility power in place and that the company hopes to grow into a large-scale AI infrastructure site. The company announced the development on October 30, 2026, in a press release issued from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Power Already on Site

The campus is energized, with approximately 8 MW of utility power currently available under existing electric service arrangements, according to the company. Z Squared framed that as a competitive advantage in the AI infrastructure market, where it said securing power is the central difficulty.

"Power is the hardest thing to secure in AI infrastructure, and our Union County campus already has it," said David Halabu, Chief Executive Officer of Z Squared.

"Our job now is to turn that power into capacity for tenants.

We are engineering the campus around the requirements of prospective tenants, and A2 Advisors brings the development expertise and leasing discipline to move those conversations forward." The site came to Z Squared through its purchase of Paradox Data, LLC, a transaction that closed on September 8, 2026.

A2 Advisors Engaged to Guide Development

As part of the new phase, Z Squared has engaged A2 Advisors LLC to advise on site development, project delivery, vendor and partner alignment, and customer leasing strategy for the campus.

A2 Advisors is a strategic advisory firm focused on the development, scaling, and monetization of digital infrastructure ecosystems. It works at the intersection of data centers, power, real estate, and capital markets, and its clients include those navigating the ecosystems required to support next-generation compute, digital workloads, and hyperscale demand.

"Union County is a strategic site that can deliver AI infrastructure capacity at scale," said Andrew Albrecht, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A2 Advisors. "Our focus is aligning that capacity to meet industry demand."

Site Plan Built Around Tenant Needs

The site plan is intended to provide specific development options covering layout, power and cooling, building footprints, and phasing.

Z Squared said it is designing those options around industry-leading technical requirements supporting the latest AI infrastructure platforms.

The company stated that it has obtained this information from multiple prospective tenants and plans to evaluate specific configurations to maximize the efficiency of the campus. The company's forward-looking statements disclosure makes clear that no definitive lease or tenant commitment for the campus existed as of the date of the release.

Targeting Up to 150 MW, With Conditions

Over time, the development plan targets up to approximately 150 MW of AI-ready capacity at the campus. Z Squared was explicit that capacity above the existing 8 MW is a development target only and is not currently contracted, energized or delivered.

Reaching that level depends on additional power arrangements, tenant commitments, financing, permitting and construction.

The company's forward-looking statements reinforce those limits. Among the risks it listed are its ability to continue as a going concern, to obtain the financing needed to fund its operations and growth strategy, and to secure the additional power arrangements, tenant commitments, permits and construction resources required to develop capacity beyond the roughly 8 MW now available. Z Squared also cited its limited operating history in AI infrastructure and data center development.
